Access, correction and deletion
Contact privacy@synqin.com for access to your personal data, correction, applicable portability, erasure, restriction or objection. We may verify your identity using information proportionate to the request. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or file decryption keys.
For account and content deletion, see deleting your account. Content deletion, account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Mobile analytics and crash reporting
The current mobile release starts usage analytics enabled by default and does not provide an in-app control for separate analytics and crash-reporting choices. A privacy request by email does not itself disable SDK collection on your device. Browser cookie controls do not control mobile SDKs. Reading this page or accepting the service terms is not consent to optional processing.
Rights and complaints
The Privacy Notice explains legal grounds, applicable rights, response periods and the Turkish and European complaint routes. Rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances, including necessary retention and other people’s rights. Your right to complain is not waived by using the service.
